Frequently Answered Questions

Do you have parking for snowmobile trailers in West Yellowstone?

Yes, we offer spacious, free off-street parking right at our cabins that easily accommodates pickup trucks and multi-place snowmobile trailers. Because West Yellowstone is a snowmobile-friendly town with groomed residential streets, you don't even have to trailer your machines across town each morning—you can fire up your sleds right from our lot and ride directly onto the groomed trail system. After a full day on the snow, cabins like Trout Lake Cabin 128 and Buffalo Creek Cabin 420 give your crew a warm place to thaw out, cook a hot meal, and use our free on-site guest laundry room.

How far is Faithful Street Inn from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park?

Faithful Street Inn is located just 2 minutes (6 blocks, or less than a mile) from the West Entrance gate of Yellowstone National Park. Staying this close means you can roll out of bed, beat the morning gate traffic into the park, and easily pop back to your cabin for an afternoon break. Even better, once you park at your cabin, you are within easy walking distance of downtown West Yellowstone’s restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, ice cream parlors, and the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center.

Do your cabins have true full kitchens or just kitchenettes?

Every single one of our 9 cabins features a true, fully equipped home kitchen—never a cramped hotel kitchenette with a tiny hot plate. Each cabin comes stocked with a 4-burner stove, full-sized oven, full-sized refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher (with soap pods provided), toaster, drip coffee maker with starter coffee, pots, pans, and full place settings. Plus, every cabin has its own outdoor gas BBQ grill and picnic table, and we include daily fresh towel and trash service so you get the best of both worlds.

Which cabins accommodate large groups or family reunions of 10 to 18 guests?

We have three large cabins built specifically for multi-generational family reunions, wedding parties, and group getaways so everyone can stay together under one roof instead of splitting up into separate hotel rooms:

  • Buffalo Creek Cabin 420 (Sleeps up to 18): Our premier reunion lodge featuring a huge fully stocked kitchen, expansive living and dining spaces, a private deck with a gas BBQ grill, and plenty of parking.
  • The Firehole Cabin 418 (Sleeps up to 18): Ideal for large families, hiking clubs, or ski groups, complete with a large group dining table, two full-sized refrigerators, and in-cabin laundry.
  • The Yellowstone Cabin 126 (Sleeps up to 10): A spacious multi-bedroom family cabin with room for 8 to 10 guests to relax comfortably.

(Traveling with three adult couples? Check out The Gallatin Cabin 124, which sleeps up to 7 and features three private king bed suites!)
